[Koha] Embedding Google book previews

I just went to bugzilla and it looks like someone has already filed this as
an enhancement request and that someone else has done a patch that is not
yet available (assuming I understand the comments for this one correctly):
<http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5292>
Of course, since we're on LEK, I don't know whether this will be
incorporated into a future release of that or not. I hope that if an
enhancement is in the official version, that our group would not have to
fund its incorporation into our offshoot of Koha. I don't really know the
answer to that, though.
If anyone from PTFS is reading this and would like to enlighten me on this,
I'd be very glad to learn what the process is for choosing which new open
source Koha features get incorporated into our version by PTFS without
having to go through the funded enhancement development process.
Thanks.
