[Koha] Migration koha from 1.2.3 to 3.*

There's a few extra steps in there (there was no 2.4 or 2.8), but it's not
horrendously difficult, no. My old library migrated from SirsiDynix Horizon
to Koha 2.2 to Koha 3.0. The Horizon shift was far harder than the Koha
version change :)
