[Koha] Adding events to the website

A discussion today at Hackfest was about the Events calendar on the
Koha site (http://koha-community.org).  For those who don't know how
to use the events calendar on our site I created a video tutorial for
this for another group I was working with.

Hopefully that will help people add all Koha related events to the
Koha website for us all to keep track of.  The events calendar can
then be subscribed to.
