[Koha] Koha admin error

I just installed Koha on my Ubuntu server.  I followed instructions from
the following Blazing Moon website:

Everything went well with the installation, not errors until I tried to
run the Koha admin from my browser.  I received the following error:

I am the network administrator for my school and we are hoping to move to
Koha for our library system.  I am new to Linux but am very comfortable
with software installation and troubleshooting.  I should also mention
that this installation is on the same computer as my sql database, in case
that is helpful.  I hope someone can help me out.
