[Koha] Package updates for 3.2.0

Hi, I did see your email (I think it was yours, anyway) the other day.
Currently I'm off at a conference in Australia, talking about Koha even,
but when I'm back in the office next week I plan to make a 3.2.1
release. It should be just a matter of apt-get upgrade (although I would
suggest testing it first anyway :)
