You say they're communicating? If they are communicating, then it should
just be a matter of putting http://192.168.1.2 into the browser on the
client machine.
However, those IP addresses look strange. Not wrong per se, just unusual
enough that they make me wary. It's not common to have a /16 allocated
to 192.168.0.0, usually it's more like a /24 (so, 192.168.1.xxx.) If I
were you I'd double check that that is set up right.
At the very least, make sure that 'ping 192.168.128.66' from the Linux
machine provides a good-seeming response.
