Hm, wouldn't it be better if they were in the category? I can't quite
see why you would want to link to the category but not put the RFC in
it?

Using
[[Category:{{{module|Development}}}|{{{module|Core development}}}]]
in addition to
= {{{title}}} ([[:Category:{{{module|Development}}}|{{{module|Core
development}}}]]) =
would take care of that, methinks.

I think that is actually a category called "Home"?

That should be the definitive list of all the categories in the wiki.
