I think linking "automatically" to categories is a great idea, but I
wonder if those categories should have RFC in their name? E.g.:
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Guided_reports_serials_RFC
This links to Categories:Serials, but what if we, in the future, want
to have a category in the wiki for stuff related to serials, that has
nothing to do with RFCs? Could we call the categories something like
"RFCs for serials", "RFCs for cataloguing" etc?

And did you intend the bug links to look like:
  See also [Bug 5338]
or should it be:
  See also Bug 5338
?
