[Koha] Install Zebra

Hello all,
Some advice please:
I am practising the download and install of the Koha 3.02.
Eventually I hope to implement the system in a very small library, less than
3000 items.
Would it be more trouble than it is worth to NOT install  idzebra-2.0?
and... If I did not use Zebra would yaz still have to be installed?
