[Koha] Citizen iDP 3500 receipt printer

Hello All -

We have recently found that Citizen iDP 3500 receipt printers are not printing from Firefox 3.6 (we've had three different cases).  I've contacted the company and they said they know of the problem and that's all they said.  I've asked if they plan on fixing that problem and I have not gotten a message back.  So if you have a Citizen iDP 3500 printer that is working with FireFox please let me know how you got it to work - or if you have not upgraded your version of FireFox and you're printing fine (then I would recommend keeping you firefox upgrades back).  I will keep everyone updated if the company responds with anything useful.
