[Koha] Tutorial: Using the KOHA catalog

Hi Nicole,

Useful links but those are not tutorials.  And the only tutorials I see seem
to focus on installation.  Surely there are actual tutorials for circ
staff??!

We created some generic training exercises for Evergreen and they might be
modifiable for Koha without too much trouble.
