[Koha] Retraction - Koha

I want to retract part of my previous post.  The words in brackets following
'fork' may not be correct, and in any event do not help to resolve the
issues.  I apologise for clouding the discussion.  My concluding remark may
also be unhelpful.  I do not seek to question any one's motives, but rather
to suggest that some further action is necessary, beyond the (acknowledged)
positive steps that have recently been taken.
