[Koha] Koha problem with importing bibs with biblionumbers after upgrade to 3.0.5

Sorry, everyone, but I'm still not getting my bibliographic records to 
import with my system numbers assigned to the biblionumber
I tried what everyone suggested, then thinking it was our version 
(3.0.2), we upgraded to 3.0.5.  That done, I tried again this morning 
having what I wanted to be my biblionumber in 999$c, with the same results.
Using ./bulkmarcimport.pl -x 999 -y c -file marc03_18test.mrc -d commit
my biblionumbers were assigned sequentially starting with 1,2,3...
Interestingly, looking at the marc fields themselves, my 999$c was 
changed to match the newly assigned sequential, so that they were also 
1,2,3...

Giving up on that, I tried to use the online staged import method.  In 
that case, the bilbionumbers were once again assigned 1,2,3... but the 
999$c was left unchanged.

We are at 3.00.05.003
