[Koha] problem with koha patron categories

Does koha 3.00.05.003 report as Koha	3.00.04.019?  Anyway, I don't
have a copy of that version handy.  I think the next two steps are:

1. check koha-error_log for a fuller error message;

2. check  /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/admin/categorie.pl line 222
to see what value it is trying to use for what which might be undefined.
