[Koha] Old wiki vs new wiki

Hi to all,

is many day (one month ?) that old wiki is down.
The link http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php is broken.

The new wiki is here: http://wiki.koha-community.org/

Is it possible to know why odl wiki is down ?
All content of old wiki is present in the new one ?
