[Koha] Inventory/Stocktaking Koha 3.0

Marie,

You just need to use the report tool in the same inventory module (to the
left of the block where you upload barcode files).

Just set the "Not See Since" date to a date before you started your stock
taking.

The results should show you what items have not been scanned or are missing.
