[Koha] Koha @ UNC (Argentina): Migration complete!

Dear Koha community,
We are pleased to announce that the National University of Córdoba
(Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina) has finished its
migration to Koha 3. The process was leaded by a team of members of
the institution and comprised the migration of 23 libraries and over
300k records from CDS/ISIS to MARC21.
We are happy to implement this open source solution and want to thank
the great Koha community and its fantastic developers for your
support. Without it this wouldn't be possible.
