[Koha] When we should close the order basket?

Greetings, we close baskets but only after everything ordered for the purchase order (we create one basket for each purchase order) is received and invoiced. We do this so that we can modify an order if an title is unavailable or cancelled, or if there were errors not immediately discovered. We started closing baskets to remove them for the vendor screens, leaving the baskets that had titles still outstanding.

Dear Friend,
According to the manual, we have to close the basket after placing the order.
If so,
1. Is it possible to cancel one order in acquisition module after closing the basket.
2.Is it possible to modify a closed basket, to change its price etc.
