[Koha] When we should close the order basket?

Hi Nicole, 

I was able to reopen the basket after I changed my basket group to 'no
group'. Not sure, if this is a bug.

My problem with editing orders has magically disappeared. I'm not able
to reproduce it at the moment. I can edit my orders without problem
before closing and after reopening basket.

You used to be able to make edits by reopening a basket - but as I
look at the new system, I don't see that option anymore - does anyone
else?
