[Koha] Trouble with .koc-files and check-ins

I think I found a bug related to Windows on the client and Linux on
the server, which would explain my problem:

I'm also seeing some erratic behaviour which I thought at first was
related to the size of the .koc-file, but now I'm not so sure:

Have you ever experienced anything like that?
