[Koha] When we should close the order basket?

Dear Friend,
According to the manual, we have to close the basket after placing the
order.
If so,
1. Is it possible to cancel one order in acquisition module after closing
the basket.
2.Is it possible to modify a closed basket, to change its price etc.
