Hi Shane
If you were running standard Koha, I would suggest you run
rebuild_zebra.pl with the -r switch. But since you can't, there isn't
too much we can do I'm afraid. Can you ask your vendor to run it for
you? Do you know what version it actually is? From my recollection
it's an old version of Koha, the latest stable is 3.0.5.
I'm afraid that without command line access you can't force the
indexes to be rebuilt, which is what it sounds like needs to happen.
