[Koha] DRAFT Horowhenua Library Trust KOHA Committee RULES

Hi all,

The January Trustees meeting has been postponed until the 26th February as 2
Trustees are out ofthe country. Therefore we have an extra month to work on
the draft rules and get them to a  point we are happy with.

Happy tweaking folks :)
