[Koha] Cataloging workflow

We typically download records in bulk from our State Library's Union
Catalog (New Hampshire), then edit as needed using MarcEdit before
importing into Koha.

The State Library uses a Dynix system which makes it easy to save
records to a list & then export in MARC format.

For one-off jobs we import the records individually using Koha's Z39.50 tool.
