[Koha] RAID and Koha 3

We use RAID 10 ( actually RAID 1 on RAID 0, the actual RAID 10 driver
isn't available from the Debian installer ). I believe it gives the
best Performance/Redundancy ratio or any RAID level. We use 4 drives
and can lose a drive from each 'side' of the RAID 0 before it goes out
of commission.
