[Koha] New item in circulation page "charge"

Dear Friends,

Iam using Koha ver 3.00.05.
I noticed a new item appeared in circulation page of patron.
The new item is  "Charge".

I think that the new item to display fine amount of each item type.
But it does not show the actual amount when item due, it shows 0.00 value.

What i do to display fine amount of each item type.
