[Koha] How to merge different koha databases ? (same version koha 2.2.9)

Dear All,
 
I wish to use koha 2.2.9 for centralised catalogue. Five different academic libraries are using koha 2.2.9. Is it possible to merge these five colleges database as a one detabase?
