[Koha] Librarian email address

First, this preference doesn't work
(http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3242) Second,
the email address it would use is the one set in the Library & Groups
Admin area.  You go to Administration > Libraries & Groups and then
choose to edit each branch - there will be an email field there.
