[Koha] Inventory tool in Koha 2.2.8

Hi 
Im sorry to annoyance you but i need your help for this problem i have koha 2.2.8 on windows and its very good to me now im need to make report with all books in my library when go to accounts and reports and click on inventory tool and press browse and upload file then press submit the file did not upload and no result please if you know this problem send to me
