[Koha] unable to create new serials

[Nicole Engard]

There are 2 possible problems.  #1 you might have a pop up blocker on
- the search and the add biblio links open pop up windows.  #2 you
might want to make sure you rebuild zebra after adding your records or
you can't search for them.
