[Koha] koha 3.0.4 "status" not showing in opac

This appears to be a bug in 3.0.4 that has been fixed in 3.0.5.  However I
cannot find a bug number (#3637 is different, I think).  
Anyway, upgrading to 3.0.5 appears to resolve the problem.
