[Koha] Printing Slip Issues

We have several of the Epson U220xxx printers, and have them working
fine w/ FF on XP. There is a bit of trickery involved--if you use the
driver installer for these, when finished then you have to go back and
check each setting in the printer setup. Make sure all the settings are
correct, and most importantly, make sure that the printer is on the
right port. If you have a USB printer, make sure it is on the USB
port--by default likely it won't be. If you have more than one USB port
(seems to commonly be the case), you'll have to try putting the printer
on each USB port, or delete all the USB ports and let Win recreate the
USB port when you plug the printer back in.

Nicole: I had a lot of this documented in the wiki write-up I sent to
you several months ago. If you want exact settings for the driver and
what we have set in FF let me know. This also applies to the length
problem mentioned below-that's a paper setting, and as I recall you have
to use something counter-intuitive.
