[Koha] Crontab appearing to not run

Two thoughts.
If you are in the migration_tools directory you have to execute
./rebuild_zebra.pl -b -a -z
The migration_tools directory is not in your search path.
You should have
KOHA_CONF=/path/to/koha-conf.xml
PERL5LIB=/path/to/koha/bin (probably /home/koha/kohaclone/bin in
your case)
