[Koha] Error: production mode - trapped fatal error while installing koha 3.00.00 on ubuntu 9.04

Hi
I have installed koha 3.00.00 on ubuntu 9.04.

When I try to visit http://127.0.1.1:80 or http://127.0.1.1:80 the following error message shows

production mode - trapped fatal error


Can anybody help me to solve the problem!
