[Koha] Create Patron Card error

Hello,

I recently upgraded to 3.2 and I'm having similar issues with the Label and
Patron Card Creator.  All of my layouts, templates and batches are gone and
everything on the page that I click on returns similar undefined subroutine
error messages.

I'm not having any other issues since the upgrade, but I'm cataloging our
collection and my processing area is over-flowing since I can't print labels
and get books on the shelf.
