Koha 3.2 does not have course reserves.

Harley is a fork of Koha, a version of Koha based on some fairly old
code. Although the Harley code was released to the public by PTFS,
PTFS has not worked to integrate the course reserves into the official
version of Koha yet.

It's still possible they will do so for Koha 3.4, but we'll have to
wait and see.
