the 1st thing to confirm is whether your downloaded file was corrupted, using its MD5 checksum

$ md5sum ./koha-3.00.04_fixed.tar.gz
0d98c7d6a8049be5cea37f943d21e601 ./koha-3.00.04_fixed.tar.gz   <<<<<<< SUCCESS!!
