[Koha] Opac Customization & Web hosting

Hi All,
 
    I have some questions concerning Koha ISL that I'll be happy to know. 

 Can any body tell me how I can customize the Opac interface in koha.
   1 How can I change the colour 
   2 layout and many other aspects of the Opac interface.
   3 Logo

  Are there any web hosts for the koha out there, or do I have to host it in
house?
