[Koha] Did someone integrate Koha with another software?

I don't know what "cadaster" means (Wikipedia says something to do with land ownership) but I have put in links from the Koha OPAC to our existing library system and it wasn't very difficult.

Hi,
   I'd like to know if someone integrated the ILS Koha with another software. My idea is reflect the users cadaster that I have in my system to ILS Koha. How difficult should it be?
