[Koha] Access to Learning Award

Salvete!

       With so many international Libraries involved in the Koha Project, I felt 
as though it was a great idea to point out the Access to Learning Award 
sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation since y'all are prolly doing 
other innovative community technology projects. It's an award, so it's for stuff 
that's compleat (or mostly done) ; no grant stress. XD However, there is a 
deadline, and that deadline is

30 September 2010. (If you're going to do summat cool this year, you'd apply 
next year when whatever it is you're doing is done. Got it? Good.)

        Also, US Libraries have cooties, so no soup for you. (Well, there's 
other soup, just not this soup.)
