[Koha] place hold is not working

Hi everybody,

My library recently migrated to Koha 3.00.06 from 3.00.05.
Everything looks good in opac and staff client but problem is
that place hold is not working from both opac and staff  client.
When I try to place hold it displays non of these items can be
placed hold. Any thoughts about this regard?
