Are you reporting a bug?

Items attach to bibliographic records and not to MARC bibliographic
frameworks.  Are you not referring to the record editor in which the
bibliographic framework may have been in use.

I do not find an error message with those exact words.  If you have not
transcribed the error message exactly, please reproduce the error and
transcribe the error message exactly as it appears on the screen.

I had a thought about the issue which you are reporting but I suspect that
there is a mismatch in your precise description of the issue.
