[Koha] shelf browser patch for Koha v. 3.00.01.005 - some trouble

Amy,

Were there any merge conflicts when applying the patch?
I wrote the patch and there really shouldn't be anything in
there that would break the overall code.  Essentially it just
modifies the SQL query based upon available information.
