[Koha] XML::LibXSLT module, it's dependent on libxslt 1.1.18 or higher....

Look at the following
http://ftp.se.debian.org/pub/gnome/sources/libxslt/1.1/

If you look down in the page you see the package 1.1.18.  Try installing
that by doing

download it into any directory
sudo tar -xzvf libxsltxxxxx.tar.gz

cd libxsltxxxxxx.tar.gz
 sudo ./configure
sudo make
sudo make install

That should do it hopefully,
