[Koha] Koha as a federated library

Savitra,

Can you speak a bit more about the multi-opac feature? This is not
something I have documented. Do you have it documented somewhere?
Would you like to write something up for the manual that I can share
with everyone?

Basically I have no idea how I would assign different css files to each library.
