[Koha] Update table's fields value

Hello,

 

I'm using Koha 3.0.4 and its database upgraded from Koha 2.2.9

I want to update the table biblioitems' fileds biblioitems.marc and
biblioitems.marcxml on the MySQL database interface. Could you kindly
give me some advice?
