[Koha] Holds printed receipt

Ah, sorry I missed this one.

The sad but true answer is that this change must be done to the  
templates. The template you are looking for is koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/ 
prog/en/modules/circ/hold-transfer-slip.tmpl

NEKLS would join you in having all receipts customizable, preferably  
by branch.
