[Koha] Help! An unknown yellow box...

Dear all,

We have suddenly experienced a grave problem. For some patrons, we can't
check out books. When I try to check out a book - a yellow box appears -
just like the one which would have a message in it like: Item can't be
renewed or Borrower has overdues - dou you still want to check out? However
- this box doesn't have a message in it.

The strange thing is that this only happens to a few patrons. So far we have
spotted 2. These patrons  belong to the same patron group and the same
library as everyone else, but for others there is no problem checking out
the same books that don't work here.

Is there anyone who has experienced this? Can we locate why the box appears
even if there is no message? We don't see anything when checking the source
code of the page.
