[Koha] Authorities help

Part of the problem here is finding a place to Z to.  LC doesn't provide Z
access to their Authority base at this time that I know of.  When we were on
our "OTHER" ILS we had to search LC and download them one at a time.

I do know there are "authority services" provided by companies for ongoing
maintenance, but I am not sure where Koha stands with this type of work.

I would like the browse by subject to actually work in the pac.  I see that
the "see reference" option is now actually showing titles...
