[Koha] problem rebuilding Zebra

Right you cant run it just like that.

try perl -I /usr/share/koha/lib rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r

or you can export some ENV variables.
one for KOHA_CONF and one for PERL5LIB

Take a look at your apache config for koha, it will be setting those variables.
